What Can We Accomplish Together?
Oh, sure. I could tell you “the sky’s the limit.” But unless you’re a bird or an airplane, that’s not really helpful now, is it?
What you need to know is what’s possible, what you can accomplish with the skills, education, and life experiences you already have…or plan to acquire.
Over the past 25 years, I discovered that the greatest successes in any area – personal or professional – are often the result of synergy, two or more people working together toward a common, specific goal. Two heads are better than one isn’t just a catchy aphorism. It’s true. But the key is a specific goal.
That means I will work with you to assess your strengths and weaknesses, to explore realistic possibilities, to uncover what may be keeping you from believing in yourself enough to take the steps you need to move forward, and to show you how to discover the meaning and purpose inherent in each moment.
How will I do that? Perhaps by helping you slow down, focus, and shut out the competing voices, noises, and distractions.
That’s a great place to start.
- Assessing Skills, Education, Experiences
- Discovering and Focusing Passions
- Finding Whimsy
- Practicing Contemplation and Prayer
- Seeking First Things First
- Planning Realistic Steps to Reach Attainable Goals
I believe those disciplines will enable you to attain clarity, and a renewed passion for living. I believe they will provide you with the confidence you need to make healthy, wise decisions regarding your life.
How long will this process take? Depends. It may only take an hour or two to get an accurate read on your unique situation and offer steps you can take to reach your personal and professional goals. It may take a few days. Or a couple of weeks. At this point, neither one of us knows. But we’ll know when our work together is done.
And that’s how it should be. It’s your life. I can’t live it for you. I’m only here, for a short while, to help you attain clarity and confidence – the tools you need to make wise, insightful decisions. The rest is up to you.
I call that Personal and Professional Life Direction. You can call it whatever you want.
